What a fantastic start to the New Year! The weather is brilliant, & I have had an awesome response to Pilates New Plymouth being open for business.
There has been a lot of enquiry & plenty of appointments happening, so if you are wanting to book in for the First Term call now to make you Assessment & Intro sessions. The proposed timetable starts from 26th Jan, so until then anything is possible for you to have a go no mater what shape you are in....... You can do Pilates now, weather you are 18 or 81!
