Now that Business is booming along & my clients are gaining more ability to perform lots of the Essential & some of the Intermediate Pilates Matwork exercises, It is great to have the next level ready to teach. It is great fun to add new challenges to our Pilates workouts, & each time we master a new exercise it feels great to finally get the mind body connections. All the exercises allow for modifications & progression so everyone can progress at their own pace.
