Pamela McCarthy has been an inspiration to me. She let me practice my Pilates teaching skills on her while I was training, & was always enthusiastic about me getting this Pilates Studio up & running, so much so that she features in the Testimonials on this website. I am very fortunate to have known her. Sadly Pamela has recently passed away
