Over the month of July we have some spaces available for some 'one on ones' to get you started with a Pilates programme that will complement your current training. Or if you normally work out with a group of friends, we can get you all started together in the comfort & warmth of our Studio!
We will start with the basics by teaching you the Pilates principles, then we can get you into an existing class, or design a 5 week plan to suit!
