The REFORMER: In using the resistance of the Reformer, your Pilates workout is enhanced to increase muscle tone and lean muscle mass. It also heightens awareness of the activated muscles creating a strong mind-body connection.
The TOWER: Adds more dynamic stability challenge with its Spring resistance & offers clients more standing Pilates work which challenge stability, not only the core, but also the lower joints. Also great for shoulder girdle & pelvic stability.
The STABILITY CHAIR: Lots of great muscle isolation challenge for strength & stability Again offering some fantastic upright exercises.
The LADDER BARREL: Provides some fantastic dynamic strength work & lovely flexibility/ mobility challenge.
The ROTATIONAL DISKBOARD: targets Deep rotators of the hips,& is great for challenging & correcting leg alignment with hip mobility.
